So many things about this commission baffle my mind. As someone who has been in public safety for nearly 30 years, as a police officer, firefighter and 911 dispatcher I can tell you with absolute certainty that domestic violence extremism is rare and is definitely not the threat the people who came up with this commission try to portray it to be. I also owned a very large bail bonds business for eight years and worked as a fugitive recovery agent for sixteen years. I had a private investigation business for five years and worked as a defense investigator in two counties. I’ve dealt with thousands of people, criminals, people accused or charged with crimes in the state’s criminal justice system. Do you know how many of those people were domestic violence extremists or accused domestic violence extremists? Zero. This state has a major crime problem. Washington is currently listed as one of the top five most dangerous states to live in the United States. We have a gang problem. We have a major drug problem. We have a major car theft problem, top five in the country for that as well. We have a MAJOR mental health crisis occurring in this state. Yet you choose to spend state time and resources to create yet another bureaucratic committee that clearly leaves out “conservative” representation. Are there any Republicans represented on this little commission? No. Rather than address the actual problems we have and that citizens must deal with every day we are going to chase a mostly non-existent issue.

The Southern Poverty Law Center lists groups like; Parents Rights in Education – Washington State, Mom’s for Liberty, and Gays Against Groomers as some of the “hate” groups in our state. Are these the types of groups this commission is going to target? Ya know who I don’t see listed on that site? Groups like the PNW Anarchists who have openly talked about, called for and have committed acts of violence and property destruction against law enforcement and businesses. Palestine Action of South Sound, who is an off shoot of the Samidoun group that was recently listed as a REAL terrorist organization by the United States government, the BIDEN Administration. All the communist and socialist groups that exist in Washington that hate our Constitution and America at large. The very groups burning Tesla’s and shooting at Tesla dealerships. If that were a “conservative” group committing those crimes, what do you suppose the response would be? Would they just say it was a mostly peaceful protest? Most of the clowns in this commission are sworn to uphold the Constitution. Well, you are representing citizens of Washington and if you don’t support the Constitution, you shouldn’t be there. How about all the communist groups operating in Washington? Any concern there? There should be with the current state of affairs with Russia. They also hate America and the US Constitution. These groups should also garner the classification of “hate” group, but you never speak about them, they go ignored by our politicians. You pretend they don’t exist or they’re okay because they give food or other assistance out, all the while spewing their anti-America propaganda. Alot of these groups funded by ACT Blue and The Institute for Justice, NGO’s paid for by US taxpayers and George Soros. Here is just a small list of these groups currently operating in Washington state; Democrat Socialists of America (you actually have a couple representatives in Olympia who are open members of this group now), Puget Sound Anarchists, Food Not Bombs, Alliance for Global Justice, BLM, Palestine Solidarity Campaign, US Campaign for Palestinian Rights, Party of Socialism and Liberation (PSL), Communist Party USA, Community Alliance for Global Justice, Alliance for Global Justice, Unity of Fields, Palestine Action of South Sound (PASS), Palestinian Community Center of WA, Global Solidarity Network Seattle, Western WA Fellowship of Reconciliation (WWFOR), Olympia Fellowship of Reconciliation, Washington Community Action Network, Muslim Association of Puget Sound, C2C – Food Justice, Washington Coalition for Peace and Justice, CAIR Washington, Seattle Revolutionary Socialists (SRS), and Black Alliance for Peace, Rain City Antifa, Tacoma Communists, Seattle Communists, Stop Cop City, Troublemakers and Socialist Revolution Seattle. This is just a few of the many. Some of these group’s masquerade as charities. Most of these groups are run by socialists, communists, and/or anarchists. Many are funded by socialist and communist organizations from outside this country.  Many call for the complete removal of law enforcement or incarceration for any crime – anarchy. Again, groups that HATE America and our Constitution, the one which you are sworn to uphold. Many of these groups caused millions of dollars in damages to businesses while they looted and burned our cities. Remember that? Absolutely nothing was done about that. But speak about your rights as a parent and you’re going to suggest legislation to make us terrorists? Speak out for our First and Second Amendment Rights and label us as terrorists? Have you lost your collective minds?

One of the members of this commission railed about how much “white supremacy” is in law enforcement in this state during the January meeting. I don’t doubt or deny that there are some racists in law enforcement. Every organization is going to have some bad apples, and they should be dealt with. That doesn’t mean law enforcement as a whole is bad, look how much corruption is in politics. Does that make ALL politicians bad? Bad people get the most media in our country. Which can make it seem like the problem is worse than it is. It just shows the ignorance present in this commission. I have worked for four different police departments over the years, several fire departments, two 911 centers in this state. I know and have worked with probably hundreds of officers during that time. Do you know how many “white supremacists” I have had to work with during those years? None. So, either your member or members are incredibly ignorant, or you just like to make inflammatory statements to garner fear and the support of weak-minded people to push your agenda. Enforcing or expecting LAWS to be followed does not make you a “white supremacist.” Wanting to exercise your Second Amendment rights does not make you a terrorist. It’s funny because at your January meeting you talked about how some of these groups and people get motivated by the “perception” of having something or their rights taken away, I’m sure you were referring to firearms. I’m sure you are aware of the ridiculous amount of legislation in the to limit or take away firearm possession. This is an ongoing theme every year, with more laws being added every year. Is that just my perception? No, it is in fact reality.

I’d love to know how anything like this constitutes a “health emergency.” Law enforcement is best suited to go after any true domestic terrorist organizations and yet you, the Democrats, have been mostly anti law enforcement. Choosing to defund, remove tools and create so much oversight and legal restrictions that law enforcement can’t, won’t or is afraid to do its job. You listened to many of these hate groups I listed above when you made your decision about our law enforcement. Socialist and communist groups, pulling your strings like little puppets. Our cities can’t hire enough police anymore. You’ve made this state less safe. You’ve created an environment that has resulted in more crime. People don’t want to work as law enforcement in this state because of the way you have gone after law enforcement the last few years.

This commission was created by the Attorney General’s Office. So maybe your members are not elected officials, but you work for an elected official, who works for the people and is supposed to answer to the people. ALL of the people, not just the ones who agree with you. I know a lot of politicians in this state have lost sight of that little fact and it appears this commission follows suit. Giving members of the public ONE MINUTE to speak, IF they pre-registered and jumped through all the proper hoops beforehand. One whole minute. Wow, you were really generous. People could barely get what they wanted to say out and you were cutting them off. If they said anything you didn’t like you cut them off. So, the message is, if you have a differing opinion than us, we are going to silence you. Apparently, you geniuses have all the answers, you don’t need any measly opinions from the plebs. It’s disgusting, authoritarian, Orwellian and most of all, its anti-American. 

It so blatantly obvious you are going after conservative minded people with this commission. People who expect to have their constitutional rights. Quit looking for ways to violate our rights. Start addressing the real problems we have here. And if you plan on targeting groups of people in this state, I certainly hope many or most of the HATE groups I listed above will be included in the list and discussed.
